The other day, Australian golfer Wendy Powick was getting ready to tee off when she encountered an unexpected type of golf hazard. a moving danger.
A bunch of inquisitive residents apparently decided to assault the fairway just before Powick made her swing, running directly toward her in a large, boisterous throng. They then momentarily congregated in front of the tee box and stared at Powick as if they were going to see her hit her shot.
But there’s no rush!

Evidently, the kangaroos who gathered in front of Powick were golf fans. But it wasn’t long before they all decided to hop away, allowing her to take her shot without getting in the way.
Powick hardly seemed to mind the interruption.
“Absolutely gold,” she wrote in a post. “And only in Australia.”
