This is the endearing moment a huge whale and a lady had a once-in-a-lifetime meeting. It was all captured on tape, and the clip demonstrates once again how clever these sea creatures are. Despite being among the world’s biggest creatures, humpback whales are far from gentle giants.
Though they are extremely fascinating, it’s nearly impossible to share a close encounter with those marine giants. Howsoever there is one place on the planet where human beings can easily get in the water with them.
Every year, hundreds of humpback whales gather at Tonga to give birth. The clever whales have been chosen this Polynesian island for thousands of years as their favorite breeding place, because of its peaceful waters and free of predators for their babies.
Even though people can go near to the whales, there are very strict limitations regarding approaching them here. The huge creatures, however, occasionally approach divers, primarily out of curiosity. This is exactly what happened to this exceptionally fortunate woman lately.
A friendly whale approached her from the depths while she was swimming towards the top of the water, with the gentlest intentions in her mind.
The playful creature was apparently requesting for belly massages because she flopped on her back many times while swimming extremely near to the human. Naturally, it was an experience the lucky lady will never forget. The diver’s ecstatic yells as the unusual meeting draws to a close say it all.
