This is the incredible moment when two rare “ghost moose” crossed the road at the same time in Canada.
Nicole Leblanc and her companion Maurice Lamothe were traveling across Ontario when they came upon the beautiful creatures.
The “beautiful” minute was soon recorded on video camera, posted to Facebook, and instantly gained a lot of attention.
“What a lovely scene!” This is what we observed on Hwy 101 West approximately 15 minutes west of Foleyet on Saturday!”
” My husband has been looking for albinos for a long time, and this is the first time he’s ever seen them. He was enthralled.”

In certain traditional tribes, white moose with Leucism are known as as “spirit” or “ghost” moose, and they are spiritual.
” People are amazed; it’s not every day that you get to witness something as good as I did… It’s lovely to behold.”
The good news is that Ontario has made it illegal to hunt any moose that is more than 50% white colored.
The pair initially thought the moose was albino, but specialists have found that they still contain colors in their skin and are thus simply ‘white.’
What a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
